ESA Supports Maryland Gaming Law Designed to Protect Minors from Obscenities

In a move that is reminiscent of the tobacco industry ‘voluntarily’ providing health information on the dangers of smoking, the ESA made the surprising move today, of supporting a Maryland law making it illegal to show, advertise, or otherwise distribute obscene games to minors.
